Help Save the Bees and Other Pollinators

One in every three bites of food you eat is brought to you by pollinators. How can you show your gratitude?
There are a number of things you can do to support honeybees and other pollinators. Here are just a few:

01Plant a Garden

Plant a garden: Sunflowers, Purple Coneflower, Red Poppy, Aster-Crego, Forget Me Not – Cynoglossum, and Cornflower are some of the flowers that honeybees adore! Planting these will guarantee some eager pollinator visitors.

02Avoid Harmful Pesticides

Don’t treat your plants with pesticides, insecticides, or herbicides! These are toxic for our little honeybee friends.

03Let It Grow Wild

Take a break from mowing your lawn to let dandelions and clover bloom again – honeybees love wildflowers! Letting your lawn go au naturel reminds them of their natural habitat – a meadow.
